Do you know any deck builders? In order to do this properly, I suggest hiring an experienced deck builder to build a platform for you and a ladder to use to climb up into the bed at night. Before the platform is built, take note of where your outlets are and if any and all doors can open freely.
Perhaps a side "table" extension can be added to the deck platform so you have a place for lighting, your glasses, a book, etc.
You might also find a store (Ikea??) that might already have what you're looking for. Good luck.

Easy solution would be to buy bed extenders at Walmart or Amazon. They're little "pyramids" with hole in top to raise your bed to provide access underneath. Or, I've heard of just using pavers, stack two underneath legs.
