What about a dresser with the tv on top of it. Dressers come in more heights than do tables.
one option is to find one that you like, and if its not tall enough, add height to it. I am guessing that is a lot of your issue, finding one tall enough to meet your needs. I often raise the height of tables with decorative wooden legs, places like Hobby Lobby would have something. Then, your biggest issue would be finding something that wouldn't look out of place if it were added to the bottom of the legs. A lot of times I take round disks, similar to the ones pictures, that are close to the circumference of the bottom of the leg, paint them to match and add enough to raise it to the height you want. That might be a little difficult for you, since the average height of a sofa table is 30-34" in height, so that would take a lot of disks, and maybe not look right. But this might give you an idea on how to achieve the table you need.
Have you thought of converting an old dining room buffet. It would have storage and the correct height/size.
I just moved into my new home and had the same issue. I found that the sofa table I wasn’t using worked out perfectly!
Consider taking a trip to a thrift store. I purchased a beautiful piece that I believe had been the bottom of a dining room breakfront. It is now my "TV stand" in my family room. Much better than all the pricey fake wood ones I was considering. Real wood. For $75.00.
