Use them for seed starters, plant small succulents in or some sort of craft. With no lids, I throw mine out as they seem to multiply in my gardening shed.

Are you asking about recycling? Planting? Succulents are great in tiny pots. Or, you can start seeds in them. Due to the size, they dry out so you have to watch them.
Give to local preschool to use for planting seeds. The kids will love it!
