My friend used old wrestling mats with the cover off they were free and put regular stall mats over them works great and easy on her older horsesHelpful Reply -

I use the regular stall matts , you can easily get them at TSC. They are heavy and cushy. I've had them installed for over 10 years and most of them still look great! Do not use conveyer belt, it is very slippery when wet and not nearly as cushy.
