How do I make raised garden beds?
How would I make the least expensive, raised garden beds. The older I get the harder it is to get up and down in the garden but don't want to miss out on the fresh veggies. Any ideas or plans would be greatly appreciated...Thanks Sara

You can use 4” x 4” stacked vertically for the sides and the ends, but make sure you use pressure treated lumber. Once you figure how tall you want your garden to be you’ll have to join the pieces together and keep them in place. If they’re not anchored in place the weight of the dirt will push the lumber apart. In my opinion the best way of doing this is to drill holes down through the lumber and put rebar through the holes and hammer it into the ground. Once your frame is built put down landscaping fabric on the bottom, and up the sides to help control weeds. Fill your garden with dirt, plant your plants and you’re done.
