Pet drs have a scale you could use. Explain situation amd ask them if you can use it.
You can put a scales under each of the 4 legs of the bed and zero it out then put the person back in the bed. You could get scales at yard sales or ask in buy/sell groups.
I would find a way to put a stool or small chair on the scales. Weigh that item. Help her and Set her on the chair/stool and weigh them both. Now subtract the weight of the chair. You will have her weight.
You say she can stand with support . I suggest setting two scales side by side. Help support her as she stands on one scale while you stand on the other. Total up the readings from both scales. Weight yourself alone then subtract your weight from the previous total .
