How do I build a privacy fence using wood shutters?

Hello Ann,

First you will need to measure out the area, and buy suitable Fence Posts, available from DIY's. Cement them into the ground using Postcrete fast setting cement mix. Instructions are on the bags. When set attach cross timbers (one a bit down from top and the other a bit up from the bottom),use Screw or nails or fixing brackets.

Now you have the framework of the fence, apply the shutters in the same manner to the cross bars........
