How to make a vinyl record diy shelf?
My son is starting a vinyl collection as a mom from 70’s super excited but we have limited handicap skills I see crown molding can be used cut to fit wall how can we do a groove or easy molding added so records have a lip to lean bottom against?

You want to make sure that the albums stay upright, if they lean they may warp and you will be unable to play the music in the collection. You can also put up on the wall to fill the space you want and change out the albums once in a while to some other albums to show off other favorites. I would have a table with a turntable underneath the collection to round it out as a music center. You should be able to find moldings with the right notches to hold the top and bottom, just make sure they aren't so tight that you wouldn't be able to slip them out to play or change them out.
