Judy, it sort of depends on how dirty they are. Sometimes just a simple little job, and sometimes you have to get down and dirty (like I did the last time I cleaned mine.) Here are some videos for you to look over.
Judy, Put down newspaper, spray both sides, them put the paper and all in a garbage bag and seal it overnight or 24 hrs. Then hose it down in a deep sink if you have one, or take it outside. Don't. rinse in your sink, it might damage it. Aloha!

When I have used the self cleaning element of wall ovens, it usually burns out the unit. It is awkward to clean the roof or top of my wall oven. Any ideas?
