Finally, Remove Hard Water Stains From Toilet!

We have hard water that leaves stains in the bottom of our toilet. Even when sparkling clean, the toilets always looks embarrassingly gross in the bottom of the bowl because of the tan/brown stains. They were "impossible" to remove, until now!

Warning, there are photos of toilets here. But let's be real, we all have toilets we don't like to but NEED to keep clean.

"Clean" Toilet with Hard Water Stain

This is a clean toilet! It has hard water stains that no matter how much I scrub, won't come off.

Scrub!

No really, I scrub and scrub, but the stains won't go away!

Enter, the hero.

I discovered Iron Out for hard water stains and it is AMAZING! I bought it from Amazon but it is available in stores too.

Flush & Pour

Simply flush the bowl out to remove any excess soaps or cleaners. Pour some into the bowl (of the tank if that is where you have hard water stains).

Scrub the Iron Out Around The Bowl

I use a strong toilet brush to scrub around the bowl, being sure to scrub the problem areas. Then, let it sit for 10-20 minutes.

Ta-da!

A quick flush and you have a clean AND stain free toilet!

The $12 bottle I bought lasts me 6 months since the stains don't need to be done often once you are on top of them. I use it monthly for good measure and it never has come back. I call that a major WIN!
