Granddaughter dyed hair black and ruined my brand new vanity top! I've tried bleach and nail polish remover. Nothing is working! Is it a complete losd!
I find windex the best for cleaning taps and around sinks.
An old toothbrush helps get in around tap bases
I use vinegar. If it's stubborn, soak a towel and leave a bit to soften up first then wipe away.

Soak them in vinegar!
Soaking the vinegar should do it. That's what I do with stubborn water spots from hard water.
