How to remove musty smell from backpack and luggage?

    wash them out with white vinegar.once dry use baking soda

    Depending on where you live take them outdoors, open up and lay on grass, it will draw smell out. Spray with fabreeze.

    whrnever travel to tropical / humid areas- , i always buy “Damp Rid” hanger Bags & Buckets - any box store has them for the room- AND A Plug-in freshener. ( international travel they have converters @ desk.,,u wouldn’t believe the moisture!! & both keeps it from stinking up the place

    BUT It’s Too Late For That....

    i would Put a Damp Rid Bucket in The Suitcase & Dryer Sheets....

  • Charcoal, coffee grounds, baking powder, lavender, bay leaves. Most back packs can be laundered, toss it in the washing machine and air dry.
