This sounds crazy but use white wine on the spots. It will take it out.
Hi Wilma, You could make a paste with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Blot it on to the wine stain. Let it sit for a minute and then blot it back up. You may have to repeat if it's bad.
You might try spritzing with hydrogen peroxide. Let sit for a couple of hours. But do test in inconspicuous area first.
try soaking it in sparkling water
Try a paste of cream of tartar. Sometimes waterless hand cleaner works too. I hope one of these works so you can wear your favorite vest again!
