Let it dry and scrape/ brush off as much of the dirt as you can. Then use a mild detergent on a soft cloth to clean the pillow.Helpful Reply -

Let it dry, vacuum it off so that you get it out of the fibers more and it should take most of it off. Brush it a little with a brush and loosen more if you have to and vacuum again, then proceed with cleaning it. If you can take the cover off the pillow it would be easier.Helpful Reply -
