My grandson came home from school with his white t shirt covered in grass stains how can I remove them?

Try blotting with hydrogen peroxide.

Resolve pr-etreament spray and then soak the shirt in the warmest possible water with Resolve powder or OxiClean added.

Use a pre-stain remover like Tide's and rub into the stain and let sit for 15-20 minutes. You can scrub it with a toothbrush and then launder without rinsing.
