What can I use to eliminate a smell like cat pee from my car seat?

I spilled something I bought to help with freezing windscreen and spilled a good deal of it on my car seat unknowingly. I only knew of the spill after I experienced the foul smell.

try applying baking soda - a good amount, rub it into the carpet/seat well and leave over night. Vacuum and reapply if necessary..
Wet &Wash with a strong vinegar solution. Scrub solution in, let set overnight, rub dry with clean towels. When dry, sprinkle baking soda on area, then vacuum. Try an enzyme product for urine removal.

If it is cat pee like the title says go to www.catfaries.com They sell the most amazing stuff to get rid of cat urine. We had a very sick kitten who pooped and peed all over. I bought the stuff from the website and it is GONE!!! the kitten was she was better never went back and used the place again. She only uses her litter box. No smell at all. We are selling the house and no one even knew we had a cat!
I had that problem in a brand new car once, and it really was CAT PEE!!
