Oh dear sorry to hear that Gingee. You can mix one tablespoon of liquid dish soap, one tablespoon of white vinegar in two cups of warm water. Apply the mixture with a a clean, white cloth to the coffee stain. Apply a little bit at a time, blotting frequently with a dry cloth until the stain disappears
You can get a carpet stain remover which would be my first choice. Not worth taking a chance with a white carpet.
TRY this formula in a spray bottle: 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Cup Club Soda, 1/2 Cup Dawn Ultimate & 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice. Shake to combine. Spray on stain until saturated. Wait a couple of minutes. With dry paper towels, rub it vigorously until the stain is removed. If one application is not enough, repeat. It usually comes out with our family the first time. Let it dry. That's it. GL
I understand that Norwex makes a cleaner that will get ANYTHING out of anything. Sorry, don't know the name but I know it takes out any stain.
I took a dishwasher pod....diluted it in water......put in on the stain .....let it stand for about an hour.....then rubbed it off with a clean white clothe.......rinsing in warm water till the spot was gone.
Hi, I don't have a suggestion for a carpet cleaner product. However I strongly disagree with "vigorously rubbing" carpet and with using liquid soap. Both of these things mess up the pile of the carpet. Whatever, you use, I suggest that you take a clean soft towel and "Blot" the stain. If this were my carpet, I would just call a carpet cleaning service. Some "private" carpet cleaners can adjust hours to come after hours if you have a career.
