How do I clean dried up globs of paint/plaster off of my vinyl floor?

There is so many spots & I've been scrubbing all day & it's not working.

I would get a plastic scraper to chip away.

Have you tried using a paint scraper? Maybe if you leave some cleaner on the spot then try gently scraping it with a paint scraper you will be able to remove the chunks.

Another option would be to use a hair dryer to heat the paint and use a scraper, putty knife or razor blade to remove the globs. I hope this helps!
You can try mineral spirits but test it on a small hidden area first so you know it won't affect the finish on the floor. Goof off will work but it is not made for vinyl and will dull the floor surface.

Who splattered all this plaster and paint? if it was a painter, I would make him come back and clean it up.
