You could try Murphy's Oil Soap.
Magic eraser.
This should help with removing the sticky residue: https://www.hunker.com/13423382/how-to-clean-hardwood-floors-with-vinegar-to-remove-sticky-residue
Vinegar is a good cleaner. For floors I would rent from a hardware store one of those electric floor cleaners. It is really often the muscle power that cleans. For the walls try a bar soap and water. I like Zote and Fels Naptha. Try Murphy's oil soap. Vacuum or sweep walls first to remove all loose dirt. Good luck. We moved into a really dirty house and it can be challenging to clean it all.
Sticky to me means either wax or grease. Sudsy lemon ammonia will remove wax - especially that awful Mop and Wax stuff that makes floors sticky. For cupboards, I use Dollar Tree Awesome Orange in the half gallon, put it in hot water, and buy a bottle of the Awesome Degreaser for the tough bits. I use a car sponge, wear kitchen rubber gloves, and round plastic scrubbies for the really stuck on stuff.
1 cup baking soda
1 cup white cleaning vinegar
1 Tbsp blue Dawn
2 gallons hot water (I boil about 1/3 of mine)
For floors that aren't wood.
For walls, blue Dawn and hot water.
