You will get a great scrub and you don't have to scrub on your hands and knees! I have heard great things about the steamers too!!!

Are there specific kinds of stains you want removed or just a general cleaning?
is it because it has a stain or just looked old ?
I would just use a scrub brush and dish soap and scrub it realy good then mop it up

Don't laugh, but, I often use Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner to lift the dirt right out, then mop it clean. Work in sections so it doesn't dry before you get to it with the mop. Give it about 5 minutes to work before mopping. You will actually see the dirt lift from all the nooks and crannies! Good luck and stay safe!
