How to get "white scuff marks" off of laminate flooring?

by Linda
I tried vinegar solution and also Holloway House floor cleaner but still have the marks. Holloway House Quick Shine leaves a nice finish but I still have all the marks.

Try rubbing regular toothpaste on the scuff marks and rub with a piece of paper towel.

Oh I'm glad it worked... I never knew baking soda had so many uses. I'm going to try it on my oven next with vinegar mixed in... On different surfaces it is good to spot check to make sure. I'm always a little leery on surfaces I haven't used it on before.

Good ideas. I have laminate and it seems every time a piece of furniture gets moved - unless it fits on a rug to move it with - there are scratches. TY all!
