Try a Mr Eraser, moisten it with water first. A tennis ball will also remove them.
A magic eraser will clean that off.
Check with the manufacturer before using any chemicals like Magic Eraser. They may void your warranty.
Magic Eraser, the heavy duty variety, would be my first go to. It's hard to tell from the photo but those look more like some type of finish that has been penetrated rather than scuff marks. If the installer did this, I would demand they fix it.
Hello. Being that this is a new installation you may wish to check with your manufacture for guidance as not to cause any damage or the troubles.
Scuff marks I have seen on vinyl floors found in clinical medical work situations caused by black clogs- a dry washcloth worked or it might rub off with a magic eraser.
First, I would try rubbing with a rag dampened with plain water or a cleaner recommended by the manufacturer and rub the scuff. Increase pressure as needed but don't get too rough with it. I usually can get black scuff marks off my vinyl and laminate floors with my microfiber mop cloth and rubbing it with my foot. If that doesn't work I must get on my knees to really rub hard.
I use a magic eraser on mine - https://amzn.to/3m67rFa
