What worked for me - wet a rag with water squeeze out extra but leave it very damp. Place on the paint spot. Let sit for at least 15 mins. I scraped it off with a credit card. -

Depends on type of paint, condition of flooring and how long the paint has been on the floor. -

I agree with Danita. You could add rubbing alcohol if you have any residual colour. -

Use a product called Krud Cutter . You can get it at Lowe’s . Let it set for awhile .That will loosen the paint .
