Remove rings on my glass dining room table.

Windex? Dawn soap and water on cloth, then dried? Are the rings etched into your table?
If Windex will not remove it, try a Magic Eraser
You could also try a light scrubbing of baking soda.

Sprinkle the area with baking soda then spray on white vinegar. Let that sit for a while, then clean the area with any glass cleaner that you like. They should disappear. Wishing you the best.
