There is constant mold and mildew where I live.

Hydrogen Peroxide ...... It will fade colors but I use it on shower walls, shower curtains, grout and caulk. It's like a miracle. I lived in Tampa FL and the mold and mildew was a constant problem. OH and I sprayed it around my window frames because the seemed to get it often. Good luck to you,

Ok so if you can purchase a dehumidifier it should help pull the moisture out and then you can get a control on the mildew.Here we can get products called damp rid that can be hung up and pull moisture out where ever you need it.I do not know what the store availability is, however products are always available on line

When I lived on the ocean front in FL, I found that closing the windows and running a small dehumidifier helped a lot. Also, shutting leather suitcases, shoes, belts - anything leather - up where air couldn't get to it, was very helpful.

If the Atmosphere is damp you will get mould. More Ventilation and maybe Dehumidifier.
