Silk, as in faux? Spray with degreaser. Let sit for few minutes, then spray thoroughly with water. Live plant? Don't use the degreaser..

Melissa...Buy some of the air in a can. It will get then dust then wipe each leaf if they are silk. They have other silk plant cleaners at Amazon, Tractor Supply and Walmart.

I run mine under the shower head and let drip dry. Spray a mixture of dish soap and water on them if they are grease covered first. If just dusty I just sit on shower floor and turn on the shower.

Summer set them outside and use degreaser.YOU MAY have to wipe each leaf! in the winter, set them in the shower; lot of degreaser. PLUS access to hot water.

THEREAFTER be prepared to feather dust every week.

Hobby Lobby has a sale about ever 4 - 6 weeks.

I did see a family "plant" their old trees outside as a privacy screen. The tress did last quite a few years....................lol

Good idea! Doubt it will work for the plants glued into baskets. Thank you for the hands free tip!

Put it in a paper bag with some corn meal & shake the bag. The corn meal absorbs the grease and the grains remove the dust.

Hi Melissa, I just dip mine up and down in dawn ultra and water. I then do the same with clear water. If you do it this way only the plant gets wet and takes less time to dry. Let dry. Merry Christmas.
