How do you clean a red plastic dish drainer with white all over it. I tried vinegar and it didn't work. We have hard water and have a water softener.

  • Have you tried running it through the dishwasher? Or soaking it in bleach and water? Or even try bathroom cleaner? just some thoughts

I use a product called Greased Lightning which works so well for all kinds of cleaning. I think it has some bleach in it. But you could spray it down with the Greased Lightning and let it set for 20 mins or so take a brush to it a little where the stains are and hose it off with a garden hose.

The dishwasher worked the best. Still a little white on the drainer tray but not like before. Thanks everyone!
