Corian is a solid surface resin composite material generally used for countertops. Panels were also used for showers walls. The color and design goes all the way through the thickness of the countertop. For stains that cannot be removed with general cleaning. The best way is to use a white or green Scotch Brite pad and Soft Scrub to remove the stains. Squeeze some Soft Scrub on the counter, place the pad over the Soft Scrub. Then use a random orbit sander/palm sander on top of the pad and slowly scrub away. Do not stay in one spot too long or you can sand a divot.

It sounds like the sealer is gone.

Corian does not have a sealer coat or ever needs sealing. The color/pattern goes through the thickness. Regular solid surface coutetops have a surface glaze which is the color or pattern and a resin core.

Du Pont recommends ammonia based cleaners. Bleach can dry out the Corian and cracks may develop. Window cleaners or alcohol based cleaners can leave a surface film. For tough stains, Soft Scrub and a white or green Scotch Brite pad.

Barkeeper's Friend and Mr. Clean magic eraser are my front line of gentle abrasives and a soft touch. You can always go courser if they don't work. Also 400 grit wet/dry sand paper used wet is a possibility.
