Have a plastic sink in a mobile home that has hard water stains and discoloration spots. Can't seem to get them off. Any ideas?

Put the pot in the freezer to harden the plastic.Once hardened enough the plastic should peel off.
You can also use WD40 to help ease it off

Have you tried using a blow dryer on high?
Try rubbing alcohol. It works great to remove bread bag from a toaster.
