don’t know of any clearer or restorer, but I ‘ve heard of people repainting their tree with white spray paint. Just stand back a bit and let the white paint sortcof fog in the areas you want whiter! Note, I haven’t tried this myself but have read of others doing it as well as watch YouTube videos showing this process for diy flocking trees! Hope this helps
Use spray paint for plastic so the paint will adhere. Snow or flocking in a spray can will last a year or two and costs about the same as paint, if you want to add more flocking. This assumes you have a place to store the tree without folding it up. You can wrap it in old sheets, plastic sheeting, or cut-apart black yard bags. Toss in some moth balls to keep mice and insects out. If you pad the floor under the tree with an old blanket or quilt or sheets, you can even leave most inexpensive ornaments and garland and lights on the tree. Best wishes ☺️
