Clean and try something like Old English Stain polish.
You can try using a wood cleaner, and maybe a old english polish with a touch of color in it.
Try cleaning it with coconut oil, it helps return the wood to its original tone. good luck!!
It has been my experience, that you can not remove the yellow stain, because the yellow stain is because of the sun actually baking the plastic, assuming the blinds are plastic made to look like wood.
If you can not remove the yellow tint. Which I could not. You can paint them with paint made specifically for plastic products. It really looks great.....
Good luck to you. I haven't had that problem so far. I do have vinyl flooring that turns yellow under anything that sits on it for awhile. Even under my fatigue mat is yellow. Hope someone has some ideas for this problem as well.
I do not have blinds but I have found that a mixture made of Oxyclean and water into a thick paste works great on other plastics with stains. I cover the item completely with the paste and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes then wipe off with a wet cloth. Sometime with stubborn stains I use a green scrubbing pad for an abrasive but I don't know how that would effect the finish of blinds.
