You can! If you'd like to do it in an eco-friendly way, white vinegar can do the trick. Put white vinegar and warm water in a spray bottle. Spray it generously on the doors, wait a few minutes, and scrub with a sponge (not just a cloth). You'll need some elbow grease and you may need to do it a few times, but it works! Also, a tip - put some kind of essential oil into the spray bottle so that your bathroom doesn't smell so much like vinegar
I usually use vinegar+ magic eraser to get the tough spots, best of luck!
