I have used Biz with success on a nightgown with lace on the yoke. It was very yellow and came out white. I let it soak overnight and then washed it as I would normally. Good luck.

Soak them in a mixture of 1/3 bottle of hydrogen peroxide and water in the sink or basin. Keep an eye on them till they whiten. Rinse well. Will not harm them.

Try soaking them warm water and baking soda along with a bit of detergent.

I had the same dilemma. Had great result soaking them overnight in apx. gallon of water mixed with Oxi-clean. If yellowing is still present, soak another day or so, then wash on gentle cycle with detergent and another scoop of Oxi. Smooth out on flat surface to dry. Use warm iron if needed. Good luck! :)

  • Try some peroxide in warm water.

Soak the doilies in a mixture of hot water and a gentle detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow them to dry in the sunshine. If the stains remain, and you are willing to risk some damage, add bleach to the mixture and repeat the process again. Commercial stain removers applied directly to the stains may be effective.
