How do I get terrible stains out of my bathroom sinks? I was told to

put ziplock bags full of water over the drains for the summer so bugs would not come up. The heat made the bags leave terrible brownish stains and I cant get rid of them

Hello. I would try using bar keepers friend. That works on my white sink. -

Use automobile polish (not wax). The slight abrasiveness will remove the stain, but not hurt the finish. -

I would try Bar Keepers Friend it is found in the comet/ajax cleaner areas. It removes any sink stains I have had, although I never had one from what you have encountered. It is very good at taking out rust, everything. Hope this helps. -
