Leave bowls of white vinegar around, then wash every surface. If you have upholstered furniture, sprinkle baking soda over each item, let sit for several hours, then vacyum. Carpet will require shampooing. Smoke, tar and nicotine have probably saturated the walls and ceiling so painting these surfaces is a good idea. Good luck.Helpful Reply -
