The trick is to mix 1/4 cup of baking soda with enough hydrogen peroxide to make a paste. Then, you take your finger or a rag and rub it on a pan that has baked on greasy stains. Rub it off, and voila, your pan will shine like new again. No harsh chemicals.
I would recommend wearing rubber gloves when using this solution, as hydrogen peroxide can be very drying on the skin, leaving rough white patches when dry.
