Hi Christina,
Although this is for window glass the same principals should work for you, start with a small area and see it the magic happens:

Hello Christina! Very carefully use a razor blade to see if you can remove the coating that way. Sometimes if you just use glass cleaner it may come right off. My daughter had an old glass oil lantern that she wanted me to clean for her. The glass was red--HA--until I washed it--now it's clear!
Hi Christina. Use a razor blade to clean the glass pieces. Carefully scrape the paint away. Wet the glass while you scrape away. Or you might scratch the glass. Then use glass cleaner on the glass and the razor blade too.
Christina: the others' advice is spot on. Use a razor blade!
I use a holder like this:

It could be the coating is baked on so it may be harder to remove than you want.

We have a holder that you put a razor blade in. The holder makes it easier to hold and at the correct angle. Then gently and carefully scrape it off.

Razor blade to scrape off the majority. Maximum strength Goof Off to wipe off the rest.
Razor blade scraper
A razor blade. There is a tool that is super easy on the hands you can get on Amazon. It is called and inspection sticker scraper. Garages use it to remove stickers off of windshields.
Mineral spirits and a single edge scrape blade would be my recommendation.
Hi,
Use a Paint Scraper or a craft blade!
I would use a single edged razor blade, or a paint scraper.
