How to wash crystal pieces attachedcto electric lamp

    Hi Belinda, I would do a gentle mix of vinegar and water to soak and scrub them in before rinsing and hand drying.

    Usually you can disassemble a lamp from the base. Once you remove the base the rod holding the wires would pull out from the top. Dont know the style of your lamp but if you look at the base it might help you figure it out. Hope this helps

    Is it a hanging light or a table lamp? Be sure to unplug the light. Either way, put a clothe either on the floor or table under the light. Spray with windex and let it drip dry. If it is really dirty, you might need to do it more than once.

    Unplug the lamp and set on a dropcloth or towel outdoors. Tape off the lightbulb socket and switch so they won't get wet. Thoroughly spray a vinegar/water solution on the crystal - dripping wet. You can continue to spray the crystals until what drips off is clear. Allow to dry naturally or speed it along by drying each crystal with a microfiber, lintless cloth.
