    Use white vinegar full strength

Usually a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water will do it. Blot out the urine stain, then pour the solution on the spot and blot it out. it may be that the padding under the carpet is keeping the smell as well. So try pouring a bit more solution on the stain and blotting a few times.

You can add baking soda to the spot too.

After you saturate the area with the white vinegar, sprinkle baking soda over it and let it dry. It should lift the stain and smell unless it's in your carpet padding and subfloor. Then you are looking at some major clean up and prevention.Share your thoughts!

Try tonic water it will neutralize the acid in the urine. Pour on stain and blot with towel.
