Melted wax from a plug in spilled on my vinyl floor. Need help!!

Try using a warm iron and a cloth ,or the reverse ice cubes

warm with hair dryer and wipe with cloth
I would lay ice (or a frozen package of veggies) on the wax and it should get brittle and be able to be chipped away.
Ive had success blow drying the wax to melt it and the scraping it away while malleable- good luck!
