What can I use to clean my tanning bed?

I'm looking for a DIY solution that won't hurt the acrylic glass. Thank you!

I would use white vinegar and water 50/50 and disinfecting wipes on any metal surfaces.

In one bottle, you should combine bleach and water in a 1:9 ratio. In another bottle, mix soap and water in an 2:8 ratio. Fill the last spray bottle with water. Once you have the lids on tightly, shake all of these bottles gently to mix the solutions.

Clean the tanning bed with the soap and water solution. Wipe the bed down thoroughly once you have sprayed it with the solution. By the time you are done, your cloth will be damp and your bed should be almost totally dry.

Then spray the bed down with the bleach and water solution. This will remove any bacteria that the soap and water did not kill. Again, second cloth should be damp and the bed should be nearly dry if not fully dry when you finish.

Finally, rinse the bed with the clean water. This will remove any soap or bleach residue that might irritate skin when someone next uses the bed. Make sure that the bed is dry when you are done wiping it with your third cloth, even if you have to run the cloth over it several times.

    Good luck!!

Half White vinegar, half water solution will clean your tanning bed but will not kill germs a natural germ killer is lemon juice.

NEVER USE BLEACH , ALCOHOL OR AMMONIA. this will cause fading and or dingy or foggy/cloudy to the acrylic.

WINDEX IS A BIG NO IT HAS AMMONIA IN IT.Ammonia will ruin your acrylic. Windex or any glass cleaner is a bad idea to clean tanning beds. You want your acrylic to be clear as possible for a beautiful tan.

Simply mix distilled vinegar and water in equal parts and fill a spray bottle with the solution.

After you tighten the spray lid the of the bottle, make sure to shake it well first before using.

White distilled vinegar can be found at any grocery store near you.

Using this is an excellent alternative in place of chemicals since it can effectively kill germs, bacteria, and molds.
