I wanted stainless steel so badly that we gave away our perfectly good kitchen appliances five years ago and bought all SS. Boy! What a crazy thing to do! The compressor just went out of the fridge and we went to buy a black textured one. We had one years ago and I loved it. They don't make those anymore! So last week we got a black stainless steel with the 'promise' that it doesn't show finger prints. Since we haven't had it but a few days, I can't tell you how it's going to hold up, but so far no prints or streaks on it. I hate Stainless Steel.

have you tried baby oil.used to work in a restaurant kitchen years ago with stainless steel appliances and we used baby oil to give them a nice shine
