Here are a couple links! I slather on lotion and moisturizer the second I get out of the shower every day. And reapply lotion or hand cream throughout the day. Once you get in the habit it will become second nature and not a chore.https://www.positivehealthwellness.com/beauty-aging/get-rid-dark-spots-knees-elbows-fast-complete-guide/https://m.wikihow.com/Get-Rid-of-Dark-ElbowsHelpful Reply -

I read that you can rub lemon on a regular basis to eliminate this problem and use moisturizer often too.Helpful Reply -

I had this problem for years! I scrubbed my elbows with a sugar/Crisco exfoliat to remove the loose, dry skin once a week. Then 2x a day, used Gold Bond Eczema lotion, and Vanicream on both elbows. It took me about 2 weeks to get my elbows (and knees) supple & soft. I still use the vanicream daily, and the Gold Bond as needed. Good luck!Helpful Reply -

Try soaking in a very warm solition of half vinegar and half water before exfoliating. You can put sugar on half a lemon and rub and scrub it into your elbows; brush off sugar and dry your elbows before rubbing in olive oil, coconut oil, or jojoba oil. You can also exfoliate with fine emery cloth (get it in hardware stores) wrapped around a plain spongue.Helpful Reply -
