What will safely remove rust off of shower ceramic tiles?

Sprinkle baking soda and spray water + vinegar after a few minutes. Scrub with a lot of elbow grease, and it works! -

CLR cleaner for bathroom. Removes calcium, lime, rust. -

Have you tried Coca Cola? Also, most hardware stores sell rust remover.
