I have stains in my kitchen sink that i can not get out?

It depends on what kind of sink you have? Cast iron or stainless steel?

Try Bar Keepers Friend, there is liquid and powder. Just, read the bottle to see if it is safe for your surface. I think the powder works better for tough stains.

A mixture of dish soap, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda can work miracles. This is the mixture I use: https://brendid.com/natural-all-purpose-cleanser/. You can use any dish soap you have on hand.

For the sink, Bar Keepers Friend is the best! not sure about your counter tops though, you might try it in a tiny section there too where it won't show to be sure it won't damage the counter
