Clorox bleach at 10% will kill 99.9% of everything. I use a 20% solution and spray on. May need to repeat after rain. It may also help using a good sealant afterward to prevent additional fungi growth

Vinegar. Vinegar kills mold spores, bleach will not. Rinse well and dry.
