How to clean yellowed vinyl on exterior sliding glass door?

I have tried everything to whiten the vinyl trim on an exterior sliding glass door. It is VERY yellow. I have tried vinegar, every vinyl cleaner that I can locate, baking soda, tree oil, peroxide...nothing has helped. Any suggestions?

My question as I watched these grandparents was always, "Why are you sweeping your yards, and why is there no grass around your house?" We have grass around ours.
The sun and age has yellowed the vinyl so you probably aren't going to get it white again. It is probably also becoming brittle. If you can replace just the vinyl it may be an option.
It's too old, getting close to needing replaced
It's discolored, not dirty. If you want to paint it, tape if off and use a spray paint made to cling to vinyl. I think Krylon has one.
Weather and age has discolored it. No way to bring it back. Paint it like Margaret suggests. Krylon Fusion is made for plastic/vinyl.
