Do you have a pump and/or waterfall? A small solar fountain will keep the water moving which cannot support mosquito larvae.

We have had a pond for about 25 yrs and we use the mosquito donuts you get from Home Depot in the area where all the plant sprays, bug sprays, etc are but moving water like a waterfall, sprayer, even the spitters that look like frogs, etc work and to keep it clean, you need a filter - Home Depot sells these as well.

To keep out weeds, get a couple of ducks an throw their pellets near the weeds.

For stagnant water...??? Ponds need an overflow. Research on google if you have a decorative fish pond!

pump and filter; Amazon has a great selection ... as do most Home/Garden stores -- mosquitoes don't use moving water; or you can use product called 'Mosquito Dunks' --- non toxic to fish, frogs, pets, etc., but stop the development of the mosquito larvae

buying the proper pump and filter will do everything for you. Flowing/moving water is not something they like. Stagnant water is not a good thing. You might also think of adding a fountain feature. Keep the water running. Good luck to you!
