Try Wet and Forget
Spray and Leave will do the Job. Might be called something similar where you live?
Spray and Forget. It is available at Home Depot and others. Use according to directions. I have not used it on heavy moss and you don't mention how thick the moss you have is, but it did a great job on my patio and siding in removing green and black stains.
Keep the debris off roof will help a lot. It will also extend the life of your roof. Right now try the product John mentioned.
Wet and Forget, it is safe for most surfaces, just spray it on according to directions.
If there are trees shading your roof, you can also get them pruned by an arborist to let in more light and air.
