They have lots of products for that sold at home depot. Make sure you have killed all the mold, using vinegar and Lysol mold killer spray.

I've found a dehumidifier can help to get rid of that musty smell and also it'll suck up any remaining moisture.

We used a dehumidifier after our basement got wet. Worked great!
Wash surfaces with Odo Ban, using good ventilation. Run a dehumidifier set no higher than 40% until it attains that level.
Launder any fabrics with Odo Ban.
You may need to dispose of upholstered furniture, rugs, etc.
